What Is Personal Efficacy?
Personal efficacy is all about becoming the greatest version of yourself. It’s about being competent with who you are, and doing whatever it takes to accomplish the mission. You have what it takes, and no matter what happens, it’s possible.
Belief
1. Believe no matter what
It’s important to believe no matter what. Even when things are going wrong, can you still keep that same energy. You must believe in yourself and the process. You can’t always control the outcome, but you can control your actions.
2. Stay the course
This is about having a strong belief that you can accomplish the mission. Your inner world creates your outer world, and what you focus on tends to expand. What this means is that the power is in your hands.
3. No matter what
You have to believe that you are more powerful that the circumstances. The circumstances don’t control you, they just have influence. All the power is within, you just have to unlock it.
Effectiveness
1. Believe
You must believe in yourself and your capabilities. No matter what, stay the course. You have to stay calm under pressure and know that it’s possible. Walk with conviction and move with authority.
2. Be punctual
This is about doing things right. It’s not about being perfect, but progress. No matter what, no that you have what it takes. Refine your approach as you move forward.
3. Seek change
All change starts from within, remember this and you will stay free. It is not the external circumstances that define us, it’s more so about how how we respond to them.
Choice
1. Decide to be great
You have to make a decision within yourself to be great or not. To be the change you wish to see in the world or not. Every single day we have a series of decisions to make. How we choose will shape our reality.
2. Faith over fear
We have to decide to live by courage instead of fear. This is important because we can not let fear control us. We can use fear as a tool if we so choose. We must understand our tendencies and predispositions to it in order to navigate it in a skillful manner.
3. Decide
It’s very important to become a skilled decisions maker. We do this by filtering our decisions through our values. Get to know who you are, including values, standards, and beliefs.
