How To Live In Alignment- Mind, Congruence, and Authenticity
What Does It Mean To Live In Alignment?
Living in alignment is all about mind, body and spirit. It’s about living in congruence with who you really are. You must believe in yourself no matter what. You have to believe that you have what it takes. Sometimes we get out of alignment, but the key is to get back in alignment.
Mind
1. Presence
It’s very important to be present in everyday life. Presence is what gives life meaning. It allows us to experience reality as a whole. We can start to become more attune to the decisions we actually want through presence.
2. Congruence
Congruence is all about living in alignment with who you actually want to be. We are all designed for greatness, the questions is will we live up to it or not?
3. Freedom
Freedom is all about being free in all areas of life. It’s about overcoming past experiences and trauma. Knowing who you are is key. We must be willing to sacrifice who we are for what we could become.
Congruence
1. True north
You must find your true North every single day. You must know your purpose and stick to it. Everything you need is already inside of you, all you have to do is activate it.
2. Authenticity
You must be authentic to who you really are. Find out what you believe, your values, and standards. You can’t get to where you want to be if you don’t know where you are.
3. Experience
You have to get better every single day. Work on your craft and self mastery. Believe in yourself and stay the course. The world needs you to unlock your gifts and be of service.
Authenticity
1. Be real
It’s very important to be real in your life. You do this through finding out who you really are. Know your values, standards, and beliefs. Journaling and contemplation is good for this.
2. Contemplation
Contemplation is about connecting thoughts and coming up with ideas. We all have a wealth of wisdom within us, all we have to do is tap into it. Knowledge is not power, knowledge applied is power and wisdom.
3. Freedom on the mind
Operate with freedom on the mind. Think about your goals and dreams. Ask empowering questions like how can I grow and how can I serve? This will lead you to more positivity. Focus on the small wins and build momentum.
