What Is A Professional Soldier?

This is someone who approaches life in such a way that is designed for winning. They understand that obstacles are inevitable, but how we respond to them is the key. Know that it’s not the circumstances, but how we respond to them that will determine our destiny. They constantly work on developing their character and to be of service.

Winning

1. Know your game plan

We all want things, but very few of us know how to get there. The secret is that you don’t really need to know the how. If your why is big enough, you will find a way. You don’t have to know all the steps. It’s okay not to know, the least you can do is not panic. Just take the next step, and find a way.

2. Be a leader

Being a leader is about being a model for others. It’s not about control, but more an intelligent guide to lead to victory. You first have to develop the qualities within yourself. Being a leader is within all of us, we just have to unlock the capabilities. How you live your life is the most important thing.

3. Be brave

Being brave is about living in such a way that when you feel fear, you don’t let it stop you, instead you find a way anyway. You know your mission and why your doing this. Develop your skills, and grow everyday.

Bravery

1. Have a plan

We tend to fear what we don’t understand. Learning about the issues is a great step. Knowing the enemy or challenge is key. Don’t learn too much though. This cal lead to analysis paralysis. Know enough, and take action.

2. One step

Take steps toward what you want. The best action is the next one. Action breeds clarity. Also, understand that there is a time for action and inaction. Know what you need to do and execute.

3. Do it anyway

You will always have people or circumstances they may not be favorable. The question is, can we proceed anyway. You must do in your heart that you know what your called to. If you don’t you will have regrets, and always wonder about the person that you could be. Will you live by faith, or fear?

Freedom

1. Stand for the truth

To stand for the truth is to stand for what is real. You must be willing to look within and access. Be willing to clean out anything that is not of excellence. Standing for the truth starts from within. From there, it’s easy to access the outside world.

2. Know your why

If you have a strong why, you can endure almost any how. Be willing to be brave and stand tall. You have people counting on you. Your why can be very multifaceted. The more reasons you have, the better.

3. Be willing to say no

Be willing to say no to the things that no longer serve you, or don’t help you reach your goals. Knowing your values and standards is key. If you don’t know who you are, it’s a lot harder to make decisions.
