These are certain laws that when followed allow for optimal communication. These are important because communication is multifaceted. Communication is very important because it allows you to live optimally.

1. Awareness

This is important because when were aware, we know what we are saying and why we are saying it. Being able to speak truth in the hearts and minds of the people.

2. Believe in what your saying

Don’t talk just to talk, actually talk because you want to help someone. Knowing this is key because it will allow you to stay free in the face of adversity. Genuinely wanting to help another person.

3. Connect with your message

Make sure that this is something that your actually passionate about. Make sure that you have a history and a story that you have been through that gives you the authority on a subject. People know if your just talking, or if you actually care.

4. Connect with your audience

Connecting with your audience means your able to read the room and adjust your message accordingly. Being able to connect with them means they can actually understand what your saying, and want top make a change in their own lives.

5. Be a good listener

Being a good listener allows you to adjust your response accordingly. If you want someone to hear you, make sure you hear them first. Seek first to understand, then be understood. Listening to someone is a gift because it’s rarely done these days.

6. Learn to navigate

Learning to navigate in conversation is vital. Knowing what to say when to say it can be helpful, but also knowing when to adapt. This takes practice. I would start with your inner world and how you relate with yourself. Master this, and it will be much easier to navigate with others.

7. Know your values

Know your values means to stand by what is real. Many times, you will be tempted in another direction, the key is to stay rooted in what you value. Your values are the anchor to truth. Your values will lead the way. In everything you do, look to add value.
