Know that everyone needs a team. We all have the capabilities to do great things on our own, but we will go much farther together. Know the path and stick to the mission. Find people with aligned values, and and will stick to the plan.
2. Know your why
Knowing your why will help you to pick the right members. This is important because it will help guide you in your decision making process. The people who are in your corner should be ready for anything.
3. Trust the process, don’t rush the process
This principle is important in ensuring that you don’t give up. The path will be carved for you as long as you keep going. Don’t switch up, and stick to the plan.
