What Is Neurology?
Neurology is the study of the brain and the nervous system. This is very important because our brain is what really runs or life. How we experience life really happens upstairs. Today I will talk about how to boost your neurology to optimize your life.
Somatic Experiencing
This is experiencing things in the body to heal on a cellular level. A lot of us go through things, but don’t fully process it. When this happens, we can be carrying around old patterns that we may not even realize. These are some practices that will make a healthy environment for healing to take place.

1. Neuronal retrogradation
This is the process of going back in time to heal the past. Essentially processing things in a way that brings you back to the now, because that’s all there really is anyway. A lot of our energy is being syphoned by past mistakes that cloud our preset. Awareness is the first step. From there, we can know the first step to heal.
2. Instinctive elaboration
This is the concept that your brain will answer any question that you pose it. This is why it’s important to ask empowering questions that move your life forward. Were focused on the negative, and wondering why we get more of it. Know yourself, know your people, and ask empowering questions.
3. Build A Sound Proof Mind
You must build a sound proof mind, block out the noise. Negative conversations, influences, and media. Strip everything away that is not of excellence. Your mind is your own sound booth, make it sing victory. From this place, keep advancing.
4. Selective Focus
What we focus on tends to expand. Be intentional on what you focus on. Stop focusing on the nonsense, what is it doing for you? Stay free, and never surrender. Focus on what matters and grow your life.
5. Recognize The Opportunity
We have opportunities all around us, the question is are we going to recognize them or not. Oppurtunities for everything. The problem is that we don’t have a focus with the mission in mind, so they slip by.
Physical Practices
1. Cold therapy
Cold therapy has actually been around for a very long time. Around 400 BCE, Hippocrates, the father of modern medicine used it for a variety of ailments. Around the 18th century, cold water became novel because it was usually replaced with heated water because it was more readily available. During the 20th century it was largely replaced with pharmaceutical interventions, with the exception of athletic therapy. All throughout history, cold water has been used to strengthen the mind, body, and spirit. Ancient solders, like the Spartans have used cold water to be more adaptive in battle. For thousands of years, monks have integrated this into their spiritual routine.
2. The Most Important Skill
The most important skill in todays world is learning how to learn. This is because learning, unlearning and relearning can get where you want to be in any facet. Applying what you know and skill acquisition first requires learning. Whether you want to be healthier, wealthier, or have better relationships, it’s going to require learning in some form.
3. Mental toughness
Mental toughness is the ability to bounce back from adversity. It is also the ability to stay resilient and not get knocked down in the first place. This is important because on the way to success, there will be many obstacles, all designed to help us become the person were designed to be. Developing mental toughness and grit will allow you to stay the course and not let anything get in your way.
