Maxims Of A Boss- Consistency, Freedom, and Savagery

What Are Maxims Of A Boss?

Maxims of a boss are tenets that help you operate out of peak efficiency, while moving toward a worthy ideal.  A boss stays game tight and ready, always having freedom on the mind, and service in the heart. Genuinely wanting to make a change for a better future. In order to do this, you must upgrade your character.

Consistency

1. Flow

Having flow in your life is so important. It is the fuel that brings your dreams to reality. Moving from target to target without losing focus, keeping a higher vision in mind. So many things can take you out of this state, such as distractions, and useless habits. When your really dedicated to greatness, it’s easier to make the decisions that keep you in this state.

2. Craft The Message

In everything that you do, make sure you know why your saying what your saying, or doing what your doing. Keep empowering questions in mind, and your values. This will craft a powerful message because your now speaking from the heart, and what is real.

3. Stay in service

Always ask empowering questions that keep you in a powerful state. Always look for ways to serve and be useful. A heart of service is that of one that really want to make a change. Show no mercy towards your goals, and be a light. The more you do this, the more permission you give others to do the same.

Freedom

1. Freedom wins

They never can be as strong or as fast as us because they live in a reality that operates based on rules. Stand for freedom means to stand for whats real. You will not take orders from tyrants. Everything is birthed from freedom. The reality is that it can not be taken, they never gave it to us in the first place. Freedom is inherent in us, sure you can shut things down, but you can never take the true essence of freedom. We don’t play by the rules, we live by principle. Discipline equals freedom. Yes you can do whatever you want, but what are your results? If you want to be healthy, wealthy, or have great relationships; we must have the discipline to implement certain practices, habits, and mindset to get the results. They think they control us, but they misunderstand, freedom can’t be contained.

2. Find A Way, Or Make A Way

There’s always a way. Do everything you can to find it. If you can’t make it. The way is sometimes foraged through hell fire. People want to do business with you when you are that deal. A boss stays ready.

3. Sometimes You Have To Break The Rules To Win

The matrix has you playing by a set of rules to be “successful”. The problem is that path only leads to average. In order to really win, you have to focus on what is real. Live by principles and have standards. The path to freedom is within.

Savagery

1. Courage is calling

Courage is the way of the warrior. We will all have times in life where we are asked to demonstrate courage, will we answer the call? In the moments of courage is where our destiny is foraged. It is like a muscle that can be strengthened with use. We can train for courage by doing what I mentioned above by doing hard things. I stand barefoot in the snow for 10-15 minutes as a stoic practice. You do feel like a savage when your done if I may add.

2. Born to lead

We all can be leaders because it is not a fixed trait, and is something that can be developed. Sure, there may be some genetic aspect, but like everything else, it’s a skill that can be learned. Leaders are made through the person we become. It’s in the moments that no one is looking that create us. We first make our habits, then our habits make us. We are what we repeatedly do. A real leader leads by example, not so much by what they say, but what they do.

3. Free your mind

We must free our minds from limitation. F.E.A.R. is false evidence appearing real. We must confront all of our fears, doubts, and insecurities. Free your mind of limiting beliefs and who you think your supposed to be, and become who you really are.
