What is Manifestation?

Manifesting is consciously creating a life you love. It’s about preparing your mind, body, and spirit to take the actions to get what you want. Amplifying the power inside of you to change your life.

Principles of Manifesting

Things that influence the manifestation process are your beliefs, thoughts, desires, emotions, level of resistance, and actions. Once were aware of these things, we can use it to our advantage.

1. Dream beyond all measure

Give yourself permission to say what it is that you really want. We have something called the reticular activating system (RAS) in the brain, which acts as a filter of what’s going on in the unconscious. That part of the brain is designed to focus on what is important to you, and block out the rest.

2. Visualize

Visualization is an important step in manifestation. When you visualize, you want to focus on the end goal, as well as the steps in the process. It’s not just about visualizing the end goal, but also the bridge in order to get there. Visualizing yourself doing the work will actually lead you to do the work. It is only through actions that we get results. Also, feel what it feels like to the the steps and achieve the end goal.

3. Take action

This is the most important step because nothing will happen without it. It’s easier to focus on the first steps, rather than getting overwhelmed with the end goal. Don’t rush the process, trust the process.

Things That Inhibit Manifestation

1. Limiting beliefs

We could be carrying around a lot of limiting beliefs that could be holding us back. Many of them could be from childhood, and we’ve had them for decades. We really need to examine our beliefs, and ask ourselves where they came from. Do we even believe this, or is this someones else’s belief? Is this belief serving me, or holding me back. Replacing disempowering beliefs with more empowering ones is very important.

2. You don’t attract what you want, you attract who you are

Everybody wants things, but it’s really through our habits, what were exposed to, beliefs, and actions by which we attract things. Becoming aware of what were watching, what were listening to, who were hanging around, addictions, and ways of being that don’t serve us. Awareness is the first step to change. Once your aware, you can take the necessary steps to change it.

3. Conscious language

Our inner voice, our thoughts, how we talk to ourselves; we are constantly speaking things into existence. Becoming aware of our speech, not complaining, and using our inner voice to empower us instead of disempower us.

1. Gratitude

What you appreciate appreciates. What you focus on tends to expand. Focusing on what you have and celebrating what you want will make things happen faster because what you want wants you.

2. The quality of our questions

The quality of our questions will determine the quality of our lives. What are you dominant questions? When you ask better questions, you get better answers. In fact, questions are the answer. This means the only thing we need to look for is the right question.
