How To Have Faith- Trust, Will, and Discipline
What Does It Mean To Have Faith?
Faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen. This means that we don’t always have all the answers, but know that things are happening for the highest good. You will not always have clarity, but you must have conviction.
Trust
1. Develop your inner guidance
It’s very important to develop your inner guidance. With out this, it’s hard to navigate your life correctly. We all have a divine path and a purpose, all we have to do is walk it.
2. Know who you are
Knowing who you are is the foundation of success. We do this by living our lives every single day with introspection. Be willing to self access and get better. This is the only way to mastery.
3. Know your path
What I’m referring to is your purpose. Purpose is about growth and service. Really wanting to be of service and wanting others to win is key. Share you insights with the world.
Will
1. Delayed gratification
Delayed gratification is very important. This allows you to go after what you really want in life. If your always going for immediate gratification, your going to miss what you really want.
2. Do hard things
Doing hard things will make you hard. It’s good to challenge yourself sometimes. Challenges make you grow and become exceptional.
3. Build a team
It’s important to build a team. When you build a team and know your why, it’s much easier. Know the people your doing this for and always be of service.
Discipline
1. Do it now
It’s very important to do it now. Too many times we put things off and never get it done. The most important thing is to have a plan and execute. Never put immediate gratification over the long term mission.
2. Protect your mind
You must protect your mind against negative influences. Your mind is like a garden, and you must cultivate it properly to achieve success. Be careful of what you watch and listen to, it really matters.
3. Do it your way
Doing it your way is important because when you wake up everyday on purpose, it’s easy to go after what you want. Having discipline is about doing that thing anyways.
