How To Create A Culture Of Winning- Start With You, Add Value, Captain Of Your Ship

What Is A culture Of Winning?

A winning culture is a space where it’s members believe and know that winning is expected. It is not acceptable to be average. Everyone in it knows that to be in it, you must be the greatest version of yourself.

How To Develop A Winning Culture

Start with you-

If you want to attract a tribe of winners, you must first become one. Work on your inner landscape. This means your thought, emotions, how you talk, beliefs, and values. Overcome any past traumas if necessary. Once you know who you are, then get to your goals. Your goals are waiting.

Do what you love-

You are more likely to attract people who share your lifestyle at growth events. Go to where people grow. Stay free and stay the course. It is indeed a process of building your desired tribe, but don’t rush the process, trust the process. When you are on your path and not distracted, things just happen faster.

Add value to people-

When you are around people, always do your best to add value. You do not want to be known as a taker. The thing is that when you give to people, whether it’s time, value, expertise, encouragement, love, or money, the more of it comes back to you. When other people win, you win, and when you win other people win.

You are the captain of your ship-

Everyone is a leader. We all can be leaders because it is not a fixed trait, and is something that can be developed. Sure, there may be some genetic aspect, but like everything else, it’s a skill that can be learned. Leaders are made through the person we become. It’s in the moments that no one is looking that create us. We first make our habits, then our habits make us. We are what we repeatedly do. A real leader leads by example, not so much by what they say, but what they do. Have a dream and know where your going. When you get things rolling, people are more likely to want to jump on board. Don’t forget the people that were with you from day one, when things sucked, as they may be the most important.

Celebrate your success-

Don’t forget to celebrate. Celebration is important because if you only happy when you get the goal, you most likely will be an unhappy person. Enjoy the process as much as you can. It will be challenging, but acknowledge how far you’ve come, and appreciate yourself and the people around you for the success.
