1. Automatic insights

This is about being in the moments os silence and receptive to what is real. Being in the flow of things will help with this. Keeping focused thoughts, emotions, and actions. What you focus on tends to expand.

2. Catch a vision

In the moments of silence, we must be receptive to insight. The problem is that a lot of us have static on the line, and don’t have access to our inner vision. Do your best to clean this up. Be careful of what your watching, listening to, who you hang around. Customizing your environment to your goals is key.

3. Let go

Sometimes when we have a thought or insight, we don’t remember, and we want to hold on. In order to remember you must let go and not make an effort. This actually makes it a lot easier to remember because your removing the strain. Also, it may lead to another more important insight entirely.

4. Calibrated questions

Calibrated questions are very important. We ultimately are the sum total of questions that we ask ourselves. We have something called instinctive elaboration, which means your brain will answer any question that you pose to it. When we shift our questions from disempowering to empowering; as well as ones that move us toward our goals, insights will become more automatic. Asking questions to be of greater service and to elevate our emotional state is important too.

5. Slow motion

The art of stopping time, bending reality, all the same. What is time? It’s an experience, if we slow down our experience, we slow down time. Having a calm mind and emotions is key. Slow motion is key to see in between the lines of life.

6. Curiosity

Curiosity and asking questions is key. It is the foundation of powerful insights. Source energy will bring you the insights that you need. Having an open mind and staying free is important. It also helps you move away from judgement and into empowerment. When you are curious, things will flow much easier.
