What Is Dark Psychology?
Dark psychology ids kind of like mental martial arts. It is using certain techniques to defend against manipulation and fortify your mind. These are only to be used for good and to be of service.
Hypnosis
1. Mindfulness
Hypnosis is great for mindfulness. Being able to get to the root of the issue is key. Being mindful and present will lead to healing. If you can’t feel you can’t heal.
2. Healing Trauma
Hypnosis can be great for healing trauma. The more calm you are, the easier it is to be aware and heal. Being in a state of understanding is the point.
3. Goals
This can also help you reach your goals. This is because when you operate with a clear mind, it’s much easier to take action. Understand that it doesn’t always have to be clear, but you can still take action on what you want.
Manipulation
1. Be aware of who you are
When your aware of who you are, you can’t be manipulated. You have to known who you are in order to stand for what is real. Become who you are and stay focused on what matters.
2. Stay the course
No matter what, it’s important to stay the course. What I mean by this is when you have a lot of things going on in your life, you don’t need anyones validation. You stay focused on what is real.
3. Believe in yourself
When you believe in yourself, you know who you are and what you want. From this place, all things are possible. Believing in yourself means standing for the truth at all times.
Psychological Defense
1. Defend your mind
You must defend your mind against all distractions and negative influences. This will ensure your greatness. Being able to own your mind is perhaps the most important thing. Without this, you will never reach your full potential.
2. Mindfulness
The more mindful we are. the better. Mindfulness will help us reach our full potential. Knowing who you are and what you want is key. Knowing your beliefs, values, and standards will help you reach your goals.
3. Protect Your energy
It’s very important to protect your energy. If you do not do this, it’s much easer to be susceptible to negative influence. Do this by taking control of your health. You matter, and the more energy you have the easier it is to become the greatest version of yourself.
