Anxiety is the state of uncertainty about the future. It’s essentially not being secure within one self for a variety of reasons. There are a lot of potential causes, and some may be surprising. Anxiety can be rehabilitating if not dealt with properly. First yoy must believe that you can get well, and not have to live with it forever. You believe that it’s who you are then you affirm your victimhood, and won’t get well.
Causes Of Anxiety
1. Nutritional
Yes, anxiety can be caused by nutrition inadequacy in some cases. This is because we have something called myelin that encodes our nerves, and acts as a protective coding. Your much more sensitive to things if this not intact, and it requires certain nutrients. The myelin requires healthy fats, such as omega 3s.
2. Undealt with trauma
When we experience trauma for the most, it doesn’t just leave our bodies for the most part; it requires active healing. Healing first requires awareness. Having awareness of what happened and how it’s affecting you is key. From that place, we can take action and create real change.
3. Not bossed up
Meaning you are not taking action to be the greatest version of you in life, or a giving situation. Understand that not everything is our fault, but it’s our responsibility to decide what happens next. It’s the most loving thing we can do for ourselves and the world to transmute our trauma into power because then we can teach others to do the same and move the world in a positive direction.
Actions To Heal Anxiety
1. Boss up
Understand that you are the one. You are not meant to be average, and are designed for greatness. You are to be what you are now becoming, and the power is in your hands. We are the some total of questions that we ask ourselves. The quality of our questions determines the quality of our answers. Shifting those from disempowering to empowering is a great step.
2. Build nerve power
Building a resilient nervous system overall is a good idea. Things like cold therapy, saunas, exercise, fasting, and sunlight are known as hormetic stressors. These are short bouts of stress that allow you to be a lot stronger after recovery.
3. Healthy relationships
Healthy relationships are extremely important, and they all start with you. This is the most important principle for all relationships. It all starts with your perceived value and what you believe your worth. All relationships begin with who you perceive yourself to be. Make sure that your doing your work on your end of the relationship. These principles are going to apply to all relationships.
