What Is Minimalism?
Minimalism is all about living in an organized manner to become the greatest version of yourself. A lot of us are carrying around things that we don’t need, and it can be holding us back. The more we learn about this lifestyle, and apply it to us, the better off we will be.
Clutter
1. Declutter your mind
You must start with the mind, this is where it all begins. Your inner world creates your outer world, and what you focus on tends to expand. You must start with desire, and go from there.
2. Environment
Physical environment is very important as well. Be willing to get rid of the things you no linger need, and focus on what matters. Also, keep what brings you joy. A decluttered environment will help you be more productive.
2. Goals
It’s important to have goals. Once everything is clean. it’s easier to focus on what you want because you have clarity. Your goals should be in aligned with your values. Live on purpose and stay focus on what is real.
Energy
1. Freedom
Minimalism can help with freedom. This is because you will have exactly what you need to accomplish the mission. Being able to operate out of maximum efficiency is the key.
2. Create change
If you want change, you have to change. All change starts form within, remember this and you will stay. free. Stop trying to control the external circumstances, all you can focus on is how you respond.
3. Be the model
It’s important to be the light and model for what is possible. This starts with all of our decisions. The pen is in our hands. and write our story everyday. You have greatness in you.
Focus
1. Focus on what you want
It’s important to focus on what you want. What I am referring to is knowing your purpose and your why. When you know this, it’s much easier to stay focused. Your goals will be more clear and easier to achieve.
2. Remove distractions
Removing distractions is key. Not to say that you can control everything, but control what you can. This allows you to focus on what matters. Become more resilient and adapt to the ones that are there.
3. Sensory acuity
Being able to attune your senses is the key. Being able to have positive thoughts and controlling the things that you can. Keep your mind focused on what matters because what you focus on tends to expand.
