What Is The Art Of Insubordination?
The art of insubordination is about having absolute defiance in the face of authority. It’s about doing it in a certain way to get results. You must do it in a principled way. This is only to be done in the face of tyranny. We don’t play by the rules, we live by principle.
Absolute Defiance
1. Know your worth
You must know your worth in life. When you do, you will not take orders from tyrants. Knowing your worth comes from within. You must know your values and who you are at your core. Build extreme self confidence.
2. Be the change
You must be the change you wish to see in the world. If you want things ton change, you must change. All change starts from within. Change yourself by changing your habits and what you engage with.
3. Know what you stand for
If you don’t stand for something, you will fall for anything. What do you believe in? Really get to know this through contemplation. You must believe in the truth, for it is the highest form of frequency.
Dissent
1. Know your why
You must know your why in order to have dissent. Know what you stand for and really stand up for the truth. It takes courage because it won’t always be easy.
2. Through struggle comes strength
The more struggle that we have the stronger we will be. The key is to know how to do it well. Every single day we have an opportunity to get better, the question is are you going to take advantage of it or not.
3. Stand for the truth
You must be willing to stand for the truth at all costs. Do whatever you can to make it happen. it won’t always be easy, but it’s possible. Believe in the north star and stay the course.
Choice
1. Freedom
Freedom is not just about doing whatever you want, it’s about getting the results you want as well. In order to get results, you must implement certain habits, mindsets, and ways of being.
2. Decide
You must decide to be great. You have greatness in you, all you have to do is activate it. Every single decision that we make will determine the trajectory of our lives.
3. Trust
You must trust yourself and the decisions that you make. No it won’t always be perfect, but it’s about progress. If you want to change the world, you first have to change yourself.
