How To Live In Alignment- Trust, Flow, and Faith

What Does It Mean To Live In Alignment?

Living in alignment is about living in alignment with the greatest version of yourself. It’s about being the real you, and being true to yourself. You become aware of what you want and don’t want, and take action accordingly. It’s not about living the life that was given to you, instead it’s about creating your own.

Trust

1. Rely on yourself

It’s very important to build self trust by tuning out the outside noise, and tuning into what is real. You do this by relaxing and tuning into the moment. Were always focused on the external, but we need to focus on the internal.

2. Know what you want

You must know what you want in order to build self trust. It is through making it through difficult circumstances and sticking to your mission that you build it. Difficulty develops your capabilities and inner knowing.

3. Know your mission

Knowing your purpose and who you are is a great step. When you really live in integrity with yourself and know your values, you will be in alignment. Development is a process, remember to have trust.

Flow

1. Keep moving forward

If we get stuck on failures, then we won’t get to success. Moving forward helps you process energy, and get to the next goal. Stagnation breads failure. This also involves mind, body, and spirit.

2. Curiosity

Being curious is very important. Knowing who you are and your vales will come from this. When you are living a passionate life, it’s easy to stay in flow. Develop a relationship with reality.

3. Mastery

You must contemplate the mission. This is the only way to get better. Flow also requires a state of challenge. Challenges help you grow. Understand that you will fail your way to success.

Faith

1. Walk by faith and not by sight

I walk by faith and not by sight. I let love guide me and not fear. No matter what, I will press forward. Strength and honor. This is the key to success. Say what you mean, and mean what you say.

2. The substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen

Faith requires that you don’t have all the answers, but you keep moving forward anyway. Having the positive expectation that things will work out. Of course work for clarity, but understand that it’s all good.

3. Believe

You must believe in yourself and your path. This means to know that you have greatness in you, all you have to do is keep moving forward. No it won’t be easy, but you have what it takes.
