What Does It Mean To Be In The Lab?

Being in the lab is the process of growth and learning. It is the process of self assessing for creating a brighter future. Being in the lab is about making small improvements everyday. The small wins will lead to the big wins. Overcoming yourself is the key.

Contemplation

1. Thinking deeply

It’s very important to learn how to think deeply. This takes practice, and can be developed over time. Learning how to ask questions and sit with what comes up. This is how to develop wisdom.

2. Asking questions

Asking questions is a key skill to learn. Asking empowering questions is where it’s at. Most of us are asking disempowering questions and are wondering why were not where we want to be. Get into this habit to transform your life.

3. Envision the life you want

This includes mind, body, and spirit, really feel it. You must have it in your mind before you have it in your hands. The key here is belief. You must have unwavering belief in yourself. From here, you can create real change.

Straight Grindin

1. I do this for real

I do this for the lineage, I do this to bring honor to the name, I do this for freedom. You must know your why and stick to it. You must show up and apply yourself everyday to what you do. It’s not about perfection, but progress.

2. Seek change from within

So many of us are looking for the outside circumstances to change, but we must change. Knowing your purpose and being rooted in truth is key. Circumstances will change, but stay the course.

3. Believe in yourself

You must believe in yourself no matter what. Believe in the mission, and understand that it’s bigger than you. All you have to do is put one foot in front of the other. Go as far as you can, then you can see ever further.

Mission Orientation

1. Success comes first

This means that winning is very important. You must prioritize winning. You only get one life, so you may as well go all out. In order to do that, you must first go all in. Apply yourself everyday to your mission. Create meaningful relationships that will help you in this.

2. Standard operating procedures

It’s great to create systems in your life. I’m referring to certain ways of doing things so you don’t waste energy. A lot of this comes down to living by principles. Filter your decisions through your values, and success is yours for the taking.

3. Create your life

Creating your life is really about being a boss. Yes, it’s important to listen to other people, but ultimately you make the decision. Keep the mission in mind and why your doing this. Staying resilient is key. You matter and your life is needed.
