What Does It Mean To Become The One?

Becoming the one is about becoming the greatest version of yourself. This includes all aspects of life. You do this because the world needs you, and to be a light and model for others. Be a pattern breaker, and change your lineage forever.

Freedom

1. Know your why

I do this for the lineage, I do this to bring honor to the name, I do this for freedom. What is your why? Those with a why can endure almost any how. No matter what, keep going.

2. Quality matters, but so does speed

You must focus on high quality in your work, but don’t focus on perfection. Perfection gets in the way of greatness. Greatness comes from doing the small things right everyday. Speed really matters because it will help you tog et where you want faster.

3. Know your purpose and your reason

This is very important to have a north star. This speaks to knowing you purpose in every circumstance. You must know that you are at the center of your life. This means that you must work on yourself every single day. Ingrain your habits and become the one.

Know Thyself

1. It’s very important to know who you are. This includes knowing our tendencies and proclivities to fear. Knowing ourselves comes through a lot of introspection and insight. You must know who you are and be a light.

2. Stay diligent

Being diligent is about doing the work that is required. We all have certain tasks that we must do. Our freedom depends on it. The more you do the more that you will get. Align your frequency to what it is that you want.

3. Be the change

You must be the change that you wish to see in the world. You must actually live this and be the model. The more you inspire people the more you will be inspired.

Legacy

1. Intentionality

This is about being very intentional and deliberate about what you want to leave. It’s more so about what you leave in people. Define what that is for you and stay the course.

2. Growth and service

This is really about being growth and service oriented. Really wanting to make a change and an impact. Knowing that you have what it takes and giving your gifts to the world.

3. Service orientation

This is about leading from the heart and knowing your why. Put the mission first before immediate gratification. You may not see immediate results, but impact will come over time.
