What Is Spiritual Strength?
Spiritual strength is the ability to stick to the plan in the face of adversity. It is developing strength within so we can traverse any circumstance. Being able to overcome any obstacle is key. Also, it’s about the strength to be 0f service and make a difference in the world.
Inner Strength
1. Inner fortitude
Inner fortitude can be built in a variety of ways. This is very important to learn to become the greatest versions of ourselves. Fortitude is about having the power to traverse a variety of circumstances to achieve the outcome.
2. Community
Having a sense of community is very important. Having people who are really about that life who have your back. People who are on the path, and becoming the greatest versions of themselves. This will help you stand tall.
3. Silence
Silence strengthens the mind. When we can sit in silence, our mins goes to work solving problems. It’s not just what you do, it’s how you do it. Be the change you wish to see in the world.
Fortitude
1. Cold thermogenesis
Cold therapy has many benefits. Some of them are nervous system regulation, toning the vagus nerve, and brown fat activation. When it comes to the mind, it helps you stay calm under pressure.
2. Willpower
Willpower is a finite resource, but can be strengthened and replenished. Willpower can be restored in rest and solitude. It can be strengthened through resisting temptations, doing hard things, and being able to stay the course in the face of adversity.
3. Inner guidance
Strengthen your sense of inner guidance. This will be your compass and how you navigate life. Your thoughts, words, and actions really matter. Find out your values and what you stand for. Seek first to understand then be understood.
Power Of The Mind
1. Seek solutions, not excuses
When difficult circumstances arise, it’s so easy to make excuses. Instead, seek solutions. We do this by asking powerful questions. When things get hard, don’t look for a way out, but look for. a way in.
2. Feed your mind
It’s important to feed your mind empowerment. We can do this in the form of media, podcasts, seminars, and more. It’s important to do this because there’s so many distractions, and it’s easy to lose track of what matters. If we don’t it’s possible to feed off of negativity, which will hinder the mission.
3. You hold the key
It’s important to understand that you hold the key. You hold the key to unlock your life, and live the life that you desire. The power is in your hands, all you have to do is activate it. Believe in yourself, and stay the course.
