There was a misconception that we don’t use our whole brain, but this is not true. This really came from the personal development space, and not science. The reality is that no part of your brain is doing nothing. Most of us are not using it to it’s full capacity though. We watch mindless media, and engage in activities that hurt our brain. When you focus on empowerment and service, that’s where it’s at.

2. Power of the subconscious mind

The subconscious mind can consist of our thoughts, beliefs, and actions that we take on a regular basis. It’s very important to become aware of these things because most of these things are automatic. The thing is that we can begin to reprogram our mind through disciplined daily actions. The unconscious mind consists of a broader array of intelligence.

3. The power is in your hands

No matter what you have been through, you have to remember that you have the power. Don’t give your power away to people or circumstances. When you do this, your not really able to transform your reality. It all starts by taking control of what’s in your mind. Become aware of your thought and beliefs. Begin to change them in a way that fits your goals. Your inner world creates your outer world.
