Deconstruction Of The Woke Mind- Victimhood, Fear, and The Truth

What Is The Woke Mind-

Being woke tends to isolate a world view and disregard any outer facts. It leaves little room for discussion, and usually heavily criticizes the opposite view. It’s fundamentally a view that we are separate, and props up immorality as morality. It also seems to be rooted in victimhood, while acting as a hero. Being awake comes from within. It means you are awake to truth that only comes through introspection and mental discipline. Your aware of who you are, and what you stand for. You live by principles, not rules, or feelings. Being woke sounds like someone else woke you up, which means they get to dictate what you think. It acts as a societal virus because people want to be good and right, but don’t have the moral courage to look at the truth in actuality. Fear is not a virtue, neither is criticism, or one sided thinking.

Victimhood

1. Doubt

Doubting yourself can lead to victimhood. The more you doubt yourself, the more of a victim you will be. Not to say you will never have doubts, but when they’re excessive, and you dwell on them; that becomes a problem. The stronger your beliefs are about yourself, the more confidence you will have.

2. Inside out, or outside in?

When you live life from the inside out, you are a boss. You have agency over your own life. You work on your beliefs and your values, and understand that you are the source of your power. When you live form the outside in, you try to control things that you can’t. When you do this, the results in your life will not be what you want. When the circumstances are not okay, neither are you. Problem with that is your reacting rather than responding to life.

3. Finger pointing

When you blame people are circumstances, you give your power away. Whenever you can, take 100% responsibility for the situation. Not to say it’s your fault, but you get to decide what happens next. Living like this gives you agency over your own life and mind. Knowing that you are the architect of your future, and not a victim.

Fear

1. Self awareness

Increasing your self awareness will improve your situational awareness. Also, being able to critical think will improve awareness. An example would be knowing whether or not it’s a real fear, or made up. Listening to your inner guidance will help you know how to respond.

2. Fear and control

Under fear or stress, the blood vessels of our prefrontal cortex (responsible for cognition) get shut, and the blood goes to the amygdala which is the part of the brain responsible for fight or flight. When this happens you become less intelligent and reactive. The so called powers that be know this very well and use it as a control tactic to pay attention, or do what they say.

3. Freedom over fear

Having freedom over fear is about knowing who you are at your core. Engaging in the tactics that cultivate freedom. Steady breathing, freedom on the mind, and a lion heart. Having freedom over fear is about knowing when to say yes and no to fear. You must know fear and understand it. It’s usually just an opportunity for growth. If you don’t know fear, your more likely to give into it.

The Truth

1. The power is within

You must understand that the power is within. All our decisions come from within. Yes, it’s important to listen to other people, but you must weigh their advice against your own inner guidance. The ultimate power to change our lives is within. Once you really get to know who you are, you will no longer tolerate mediocrity.

2. The path to freedom

The path to freedom is within. Know this and you will be free of adverse circumstances. You will no longer let the circumstances dictate how you respond because you know that the power is within. Freedom over fear.

3. Let love guide you, not fear

When you let love guide you, and not fear, you will stay free in the face of adversity. Choose lover over fear in any given circumstance. You train your mind based off your choices, and you always have a choice.
