The Breath Of A King

The breath of a king, the story of the one, the story of freedom. It is he who is willing to sacrifice who they are for what they could become that will have the world. Being connected to mind, body and spirit is key. Understand that the key to life is knowing who you are. Being genuine and free. The life force energy that we have can be cultivated and shared.

Life Force

Trust-
Trust is the glue that holds your life together. You must trust life, and most importantly, yourself. If you do not trust yourself to fail and succeed, you won’t go far. It will be like a plane trying to fly without wings. When we trust ourselves, we can create real change.
Heart Centered-
Do what ever you can to be aligned with what is true to you. Align yourself with the truth. When were incoherent, it’s hard to make our dreams a reality. Spend time in nature, and understand that you matter. Look to be of service and help anyway that you can.
Reconciliation of who you are-
This refers to being one with who you are at your core. Real change starts within. Knowing who you are and what you stand for. Make sure your beliefs are really your beliefs. Make sure you heal your past and are not carrying any baggage. This will allow you to stay free and be of maximum service. Staying calm and clear is key.
Chi
How to master your chi-
The chi that you have is the energy that you have through out the day. We can cultivate it, or waste it based on our daily actions. Make sure your eating real food, moving, sleeping, and managing stress. When your energy is high, you will be able to think clearly and act from your heart.
Have a vision-
with out a vision, people perish. Have an aim and direction for your life. Understand that you are here for a divine purpose. Growth and service is the foundation. What people need to know is that you will have the most fun when your actually on purpose and doing what your called to do. This is because you all the shots, are living authentically. No matter what, understand that you matter.
Be genuine-
Being genuine comes from acting intentionally and with your values. Your values come from what are most important to you, and how you want to effectively change the world. Say what you mean, mean what you say. Don’t say yes when you really mean no. Buy back your time and know how you spend it is perhaps the most important thing.
Service Beyond All Measure

Altruism-

This is the character trait of looking out for life as a whole. Being able to see people for who they are and willing to help. You see the value in all life, and will do anything to preserve and expand it. Being generous is a virtue. Giving from your overflow so you are not left drained. Anytime you truly have the ability to help someone, do it. The more you give, the more you get. Even with that, you are not giving to get, but giving to serve. We are all connected, and if other people are winning, in a way we all are. The rising tide raises all ships, and there’s enough for everyone.

Self love

Self love is very multifaceted. It can be a combination of self compassion, admiration, devotion, support, and care. Having it, or not having it will effect everything in your for better or worse. It will influence the standards you have, what you let influence you, how you take care of yourself, the choices you make, and how you deal with challenges.

Have peoples best interest-

A leader muse have peoples best interest. Not coming from a place of knowing what’s best for other people, but acting as a guide to people to their own answers. A real leader acts as a model to unlock peoples own potential.

North star-

Purpose is what wakes you up everyday with enthusiasm and direction. It gives you a foundation on how to build your life. The thing about purpose, is that it’s not always great, it will give you a lot of challenges as well. I believe the foundation of everyones purpose is growth and service, but how everyone expresses that is going to be different. Your purpose can also change overtime, but not the foundation. I used to believe that it had to be tied in with your career, but not necessarily. Perhaps now, it’s to be the best parent you can be, and maybe in a few years it will be something else.

Know your people-

Knowing your people is vital because each person is truly unique. You can not talk to everyone the same, each person will respond differently. The thing is a leader must adapt is approach while relying on foundational principles.

Look to add value-

Lead with value, and be a light for others. You want to be the one that people look to knowing that you will add value to their lives in some way. This is important because relationships that are mutual are healthy, and parasitic ones are not. The interesting thing is that the more you add value, the more people will want to add value to you. Don’t over exert yourself in such a way that leaves you depleted. Be decerning and intelligent in your approach.
