Abundance- How To Achieve An Abundance Mindset, and Things To Avoid
What Is An Abundance Mindset?
This is fundamentally where you believe there is enough for everyone, and that everyone can win. This is very important because without it, we will operate out of scarcity and not enough. That mindset will lead to a poor life because our inner world creates our outer world.
How To Have An Abundance Mindset
1. Generate value
You must generate value from within through a variety of ways. Cultivate it through introspection, inquiry, meditation, beliefs, habits, mindsets, and more. This value can then be out poured to the world. You can not give what you don’t have.
2. Learn to teach
Another great practice to have is when your learning something valuable, ask yourself the question, how can I teach this? This will keep service at the forefront of the mind. Being conscious of who you want to reach. This is important because the more you serve, the more you become.
3. Learn to see value
Learn to see value in anything and everything. This type of mindset allows you to learn from negative experiences, and transform them into something useful. To be clear, that does not mean that we deny our experience, it just means we have the ability to move past it.
Things That Take Away From Abundance
1. Selfishness
This looks like not wanting others to win. When we operate out of this mindset, we don’t understand that we are diminishing ourselves. This is because when we tear down another, we put that energy out there, and it will some how come back.
2. Lack of possibility
When we don’t see the possibility in any given situation, that can be a problem. When there’s a will, there’s 10,000 ways. Understand that better questions lead to better answers. Ask more empowering questions to help get you out of the situation. When all we focus on is what went wrong, we suffer from possibility blindness.
3. Not being service oriented
When were not service oriented, we don’t take generative action everyday to get better. When you have a stronger why beyond you, that will pull you toward a greater vision and future. Our mindset drives our actions, which generate results.
