Writing, The Art Of Expression- What It Is and Principles Of Writing
What Is Writing?
Writing is a skill to learn and express yourself and all that is real. The goal of writing is to become the information in such a way that your able to teach effortlessly. When you write, you must feel your writing, it must come from within. Have growth and service on the mind, backed by a vision and a mission. This way, people will understand, and you will be a mirror for what’s possible.
Principles Of Writing
1. Become the information
This is perhaps the most important step. This is because it’s referring to becoming the model and an ambassador of the information. This will allow information to come through you instead of from the outside. You literally become a content generator based of your own experience. Becoming the information is akin to freedom, which comes from within.
2. Get out of your head
After you become the information, it’s easier to write because you will not be thinking so much. You know that you are it, and will stop doubting yourself. Of course things will come up, but the question is how resilient can you be to get back in flow. This is mindset shit and physical practices that we talk all bout here on this site.
3. Flow state
This is key. In order to get there, you must stay ready so you don’t have to get ready. This means staying healthy and not engaging in clown activities so your mind stays on point. In order to do this, you must be backed by a vision and a mission. Know your purpose and why your doing this.
4. Growth and service on the mind
I wake up everyday with growth and service on the mind. Freedom at the forefront. What questions do I need to ask, and decisions do I need to make today for a better future? In the face of temptation remember your why, and the people your doing this for. Never put immediate gratification before the mission.
5. Freedom orientation
Being freedom orientated is essentially operating without any limits. When you dream beyond all measure, you give yourself permission to say what it is that you really want. We have something called the reticular activating system (RAS) in the brain, which acts as a filter of what’s going on in the unconscious. That part of the brain is designed to focus on what is important to you, and block out the rest.
6. Become a content generator
You must write and embody your own experience. Master your craft so you can teach it. If you can’t explain it simply, you don’t know it well enough. You will know this is happening because ideas and insights will flow to you through out the day. and you will have a knowing. You must have an aim and a focus throughout the day. What are you getting up for, and who are you doing this for?
